Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns or exchanges may be requested within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order, subject to approval.

Items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not be customized, altered, or heavily used

Shipping costs for returns are shouldered by the customer unless the error was caused by Nuori.

Nuori reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

All content associated with Nuori, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product designs
  • Graphics
  • Photography
  • Videos
  • Written content
  • Branding elements

are owned by or licensed to Nuori and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
