1. ORDER PROCESSING

Customers will receive a confirmation once orders have been shipped.


2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Nuori currently ships:

  • Nationwide within the Philippines

Shipping availability may change without prior notice.


3. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Courier rates

Shipping costs will be displayed before checkout whenever applicable.

Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties for international orders.


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and external factors.


5. COURIER DELAYS

Nuori is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Force majeure events

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.


6. INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Nuori will not be responsible for:

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by incomplete contact details
  • Failed deliveries resulting from customer error

Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery requests.


7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within [48 hours / 3 days] of receiving delivery updates.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package and item (if damaged)
  • Relevant delivery details

Nuori will assist in coordinating with the courier, but resolution timelines may vary depending on the shipping provider.


8. FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURN TO SENDER

Packages returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed parcels
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Refused deliveries

may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Refunds will not be issued for shipping fees related to failed deliveries caused by customer error.


9. PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as:

  • Pre-order
  • Made-to-order
  • Customized

may require longer processing and fulfillment timelines.

Estimated production timelines will be stated on the product listing or communicated directly to the customer.
